I highly endorse Oxygen Concentrator Inc to anyway. The prices are excellent and their customer service is excellent. I bought a new SeQual Eclipse concentrator from them and it arrived the next day! When you call them, you get a real human voice and lots of helpful advice. I recently broke off one of the prongs of my Helios tank and my oxygen providers wouldn’t touch it because I hadn’t ordered it through them, the outfit I had bought it from was out of business and the Helios company doesn’t deal directly with clients. John More at American Medical agreed to take on the job and, within a matter of days, I had my tank back–repaired AND spick and span. I have been on oxygen for eleven years and am very glad to have this resource.

The time was running out and without a concentrator, my dad would not be able to make the trip to Texas for my son’s high school graduation. Thank you for your extra – ordinary service. When my normal provider of a machine could not get me a portable for travel I called your company on a late Friday afternoon. You sold me a portable at a substantial saving from what I had seen advertised from other sources. You packaged it up and had it delivered to me by the follow Monday (before other companies ever returned my inquiry calls). GREAT SERVICE!! I recommend your company to anyone who would like to have quick, personal service that goes beyond the norm. !
