The VisionAire by AirSep is an exceptional home oxygen concentrator, not only because of its size, but for its capacity for continuous oxygen flow, average purity level and cost-effectiveness. Those who are invested in living a green and environmentally friendly lifestyle will appreciate this home oxygen concentrator even more.
You shouldn't have to worry about running up your electric bill if you need constant oxygen therapy, or if you need it for many hours out of the day, and the VisionAire won't let you down in its energy efficiency.
This home oxygen concentrator
is smaller than many others, at 14 inches wide and 20 inches tall, with a depth of 11.5 inches. It won't take up any room in your home since its only about as big as a small household trash can, but don't worry, it looks much better than a trash can, and it looks better than most home oxygen concentrators. It has a smooth face and comes in either off white or a soft black, with a handle at the top and wheels on the bottom, which make it easy to pull from one room to the other.
We have two versions of the VisionAire series – the VisionAire 3 and the VisionAire 5. The only difference between the two, and the reason for their names, is the fact that the VisionAire 3 can give you up to 3 LPM of continuous oxygen flow, and the VisionAire 5's highest setting is 5 LPM. If you need more than 3 LPM but less than 5 LPM, you won't need to settle for a much bigger, louder concentrator that uses more energy.
The hum of the VisionAire is no louder than the sound emitted from your refrigerator, which you normally do not notice until it's completely silent in the house, and even then you probably won't notice it until someone points it out to you. The sound from the VisionAire is measured at 40 decibels, which is whisper quiet.
The average amount of electricity used by the VisionAire is 290 watts, which isn't bad considering this is way less than what your refrigerator uses at one time. It won't make much of a dent in your next electric bill.
It's very easy to operate, with a basic and self-explanatory control panel. Your VisionAire will come with its owners manual of course, which will guide you if you aren't sure of something. It's also no maintenance, with no filters that you have to clean or change to keep it running smoothly. It's built to last you for many years to come, and comes covered under a 5 year manufacturers warranty.
